A great location for visiting Goryokaku Park and getting trams and buses. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although not able to use much English to communicate they used a device to help translate.

Room size is small but the configuration is well-thought out. Enough room for 1 large 28in luggage. Bed is firm. Overall nice place. Breakfast is decent and some of the items are changed daily 👍🏼.

Great hotel with good facilities,2 coin operated launderettes with dryers, and 2 vending machines for drinks. Lovely staff and delicious buffet breakfast. The room was a good size and as usual in all the hotels I've stayed in Japan, exceptionally clean. It's a good location for visiting Hakodate and the surrounding area, unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to do much exploring and the weather wasn't great 🙄

I liked how central the hotel was located. Only a few minutes walk from Goryokaku. It was also close to a tramstop, so we could get around easily. The standard was good and the room was clean.

Clean, comfortable, close to the airport. Good use of space, compact without being claustrophobic. Convenience store on the 1st floor and it looked like a restaurant on the 2nd but we didn't eat out. I would happily stay here again.

This great Twin room (913) was the largest one on the 9th. floor. For what you pay, you get a lot at this hotel. Super quiet, great beds, room air filter, medium size bathroom, clean, new and comfortable. 10 minute walk to Goryokaku Tower, 2 convenience stores a minute or two away. All with a really fabulous breakfast of so many choices.

The breakfast was good and had a wide selection for breakfast. The staff helping us with the check in was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us to find out where the closest location to buy an IC card was. Turns out that Maru Imai shopping centre just 3 minutes walk away has a tax free counter on level 5 that sells the transport card and various other tourist services with regards to tax free and discounts.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities are quite completed. Breakfast are basic but the chef and kitchen staff are attentive so all is good.
